The Kingdom Hoofbeats 4-H Club of Derby Line earned the highest score in stable management and was recognized for its drill team performance.
Several local participants earned top honors:
Carlie Rondeau of Newport: 1st in Senior Fitting & Showmanship, 1st and 2nd in Senior Trail, 3rd in Senior Project Class, Silver in General Knowledge, Silver in Horse Judging
Piper Parsons of Derby: 1st in Junior Fitting & Showmanship, 3rd in Junior Project Class
Quinn Charest of Derby Line: 1st in Advanced Beginner Fitting & Showmanship, 2nd in Project Class, Silver in General Knowledge (ages 8–9), Silver in Horse Judging (ages 8–9)
Kassie Koehler of Derby: 1st in Senior Project Class, Bronze in General Knowledge, Bronze in Horse Judging
Abby Shelp of Derby: 2nd in Senior Project Class
Penelope Longe of Newport: 1st in Junior Project Class, Gold in General Knowledge (ages 12–13)
