Kizomba lesson @ Bachata Thursday

Join us for our 3rd Thursday Kizomba lesson. This will be a good time to learn or to practice the basics. We will be also teaching Kizomba at our Intro to Latin Dance Summer Series (Weekly in Northampton) on Monday, June 22. We decided to do them both so you can get extra practice. See everyone tonight!

Spice up your Sunday nights with our monthly Salsa Sundays at the Marigold, starting December 21! 💃🕺

We will be kicking off the evening with a fun Salsa class at 7PM, then stay for social dancing from 8PM–11PM. We’ll be playing some of the best Salsa, Bachata, and more to keep the floor moving all night.

- Dance earlier than usual and still be home at a good hour

✨ Step Into Summer: DANCENJOY Intro to Latin Dance Summer Series ✨

Start your week with rhythm right in the heart of Northampton! Our Summer Series is designed to take the mystery out of the dance floor.

We focus on the foundations of Latin dance in a way that is easy, fun, and accessible. Whether you’re a total beginner or just want to sharpen your basics and meet new people, this is your starting point to join our vibrant dance community.

📅 WHEN: Every Monday night | June 1 – August 31

⏰ TIME: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

📍 WHERE: E.J. Gare Plaza (Behind Thornes Marketplace, 44 Armory St, Northampton, MA)

🎟️ Cover: $10 Walk-in [Pay on-site via Cash (preferred) Venmo, or CashApp]

💥 THE MONDAY ROTATION: We’ll follow this rotation of dance classes listed below.
This is a great way to try out a new style and see if you enjoy it, and/or revisit some of your favorite dance styles. Drop in anytime, or try them all!

* 1st Monday of the Month: Salsa
* 2nd Monday of the Month: Bachata
* 3rd Monday of the Month: Merengue
* 4th Monday of the Month: Kizomba
* 5th Monday of the Month: Cha-Cha (Bonus Weeks!)

No partner, prior experience or pre-registration is necessary—just show up and get ready to have fun!

All dance levels welcome!

👉 THE DANCENJOY DOUBLE-FEATURE: Class wraps up at 7:00 PM, which means you are already in the perfect spot to practice your new moves at Salsa in the Plaza (our FREE community social running from 7 PM – 9 PM)!

Tomorrow is the kickoff of Salsa in the Plaza and we have a special guest joining us on the dance floor💃🏻✨

Please help us welcome Northampton Public Schools’ incoming Superintendent, Annie Azarloza! Annie is a proud Cuban-American and lifelong salsa lover, and is excited to meet people, celebrate community, and hit the dance floor with us on June 1.

Our mission at Dancenjoy has always been to remove intimidation around Latin dance and create a welcoming, joyful space where our neighbors can truly connect. At all of our events, we aim to provide the community with a vibrant place to unwind, learn, celebrate, and build relationships, and we look forward to sharing that experience with you all this summer.
