This Samsung Note 10 Plus had a cracked screen which was completely dark except for a quick blink every now and then. I replaced the OLED Assembly and voila...it's just like new! If your cell phone is having trouble come see me before you go to your cell service provider's store. They will almost ALWAYS want to sell you a new phone, when many times a simple fix will get you up and running! I've had two customers within the last week whose phones simply had bad batteries, and the big-name store just up the road sold them brand new top-of-the-line devices that the customers didn't need or want. Plus, the sales person didn't do a proper device setup or data transfer! If your broken phone is too far gone and I can't fix it properly, I'll be the first to tell you that a new one is your best option.
