History: Previous scleral lens wear who have progression of the left eye such that his habitual lens was bearing heavily on the apex of his cornea and developing apical corneal abrasions.

OD: 20/200-2, OS: 20/300-2, OU: 20/200

OUTCOME: Eliminated corneal bearing and improved patient vision.
