We are happy to be able to give back to our community and support the students of the Durfee High School CTE program with this donation to the Durfee Alumni Association .

Nelson and I both graduated from Durfee and we are looking forward to handing out this Toolship to the deserving student who earned it. 💙❤️🖤

A huge thank you 🫶to our incredible local business sponsors for donating to the Durfee Alumni Association and making toolships possible for students in the Durfee High School's CTE (Career and Tech Education) department. Toolships are being presented to students at an upcoming breakfast.

Three years ago today, we shared this photo to announce that Nelson had left his corporate job to work full time (FOR ME - MUWAHAHAHA) as the Director of Web Development at our family business.

What has followed has been three years of ups and downs and the knowledge that we can do anything that we set our minds to - together. So many people tell us they could never work full time with their spouse, but it isn't a problem for us - I'd like to say we are lucky that way, but it's more than luck. It's work, respect, and trust.

So cheers to the past 3 years and here is to 33 more years!

Our family is very excited to go and see the inaugural lighting of this beautiful mural representing our Portuguese heritage.

One of the things I love about my hometown is the murals and how Fall River has started to really show an appreciation for the arts. Many of you know that Nelson and I also own an artist coworking space and art gallery called SoCo Art Labs, so we are very happy to see the buy in from residents for all that art has to offer and how it enriches our lives.

We hope that you can join us this evening and enjoy Fall River Illuminated.

🤗 After my post yesterday, I had a couple people text me about our sweaters and where we got them, etc.
I had them made for both of our businesses and we absolutely love them, they are soft, warm, and good quality. Compliments come in whenever we wear them.

I ordered them from Rayelles Creations. Amanda is awesome and is a local small business owner that I have known for years from local vendor markets. I highly recommend her if you are looking for embroidered goods. She does custom like these and plenty of other cute designs as well.

Also - a big thank you to our followers who went to the Green Jar Catering & Cocina taco truck opening yesterday and let me know how much they loved their food! 😍
