Our singer attended the Swartz Creek Football game tonight and was able to see one of his music mentors!

Jean Murdock has been one of the music teachers for Swartz Creek for many years. She is one of the most influential teachers in the entire district and helped shape our singer into the musician he is today 🫶🏻

"One of my favorite memories I have of Mrs. Murdock is when I was in 8th grade band and she allowed my band MUTT to perform in her band room at the end of the year and this was definitely not something that the school scheduled. She just let us bring in our gear and grab our friends from other classes and we did a huge show in her room. It was badass and that left a massive lasting impression on me. One of the best teachers I've ever had."

Always remember where you come from, and those who believed you in along the way 🫶🏻
