We care about our clients and the VAs that work for them.

One way we are different is we offer a multitude of learning opportunities for our VAs so that they can offer more and more value to their clients. This cultivates a win, win situation for the client and VA.

We do training in large groups, small collaborative groups, and one on one training. It's all a part of our service. Make no mistake, the VAs we hire are highly experienced individuals in their respective fields.

Today my team held the first of three workshops on Social Media Management that works! We have three very skilled virtual professionals presenting on their area of genius and expertise.

Today we had 74 of our virtual professionals attend. Interaction was through the roof. I am so proud of my team for putting this together.

Many of you may not know that three years before HireVP, I started an agency that provides great services for business owners.

We have been dialing in our recruiting to an absolute science.

We already had an incredibly successful filtering system, but we over the last months we have been using a new tool that dials the process into a new level.

I could build a business solely off of bad VA hires. I get messages often asking how to work with a VA that has hit a growth wall or "just doesn't get it".

Just because an agency placed you with a VA match, doesn't mean it the right match. If your VA can't perform the role you hired them for and you have "compromised" on your goals and expectations, you are wasting time with the wrong person.
