Ask Darian Waters' crew what makes him a great leader, and you'll hear about how he looks out for his team, is always willing to lend a hand, and makes sure everyone is in the loop when it comes to company events or changes.

After nearly three decades on Riviera's linecrew, Darian has a lot of valuable and hard-earned experience to share with his crew and young line workers who are just beginning their careers. "He attends every apprentice and journey training and testing to offer his advice and make sure we understand the task and safe working practices," said Bryan Cook, Journeyman Lineworker.

Robby Howard, Line Crew Supervisor, said it best, "Darian knows what it takes to be a good leader — he leads by example." It's not uncommon for Darian to put on his climbing gear and join the guys on a job, or for him to call a crew member up just to check in.
