Fender Custom Shop ‘59 Esquire

NOS Vintage Blonde finish over Ash Body, 1-piece maple neck with late 50’s C-shape profile. 7.25” radius with 21 vintage frets. Single bridge pickup has been changed from stock to Lindy Fralin SP-42, a hybrid telecaster/P-90 voiced single coil pickup.

The wiring is a simplified Eldred Mod: 1st position is pickup straight to volume pot, no tone. 2nd position is volume/tone. 3rd position provides a fixed “cocked wah” sound by way of a .0047 capacitor between the volume pot and switch.

Fender tooled leather OHSC included.
