Tonight saw another 45' of upper deck bench work go up. Someone at the shop today asked if my layout would be on Mainline Hobby Supply layout tours Sept 19th and 20th and I said yep. So I guess that gave me some extra motivation. A few more sections tomorrow and foam can start going down.

20 more feet of bench work up this evening. My work schedule is really screwing with my layout schedule 😕

Exciting times on the subdivision this weekend. Upper deck bench work construction has begun ! I need to add 1 more loop to the helix to get a nice transition. I'm shooting for at least a loop connection on the upper deck to run trains from Hagerstown to Hanover for Mainline Hobby Supply Open House and Layout Tours Sept 19 and 20th.

I had a couple days off work and all but accomplished my goal. Get the helix finished ! Here you see both trains have successfully made the trek up to the summit. I might go one more turn, and I might adjust the grade down a little bit, I still have some room I can drop it. Now for a lumber run in the morning for benchwork for the upper deck

Big push is on now ! We're a month away from N Scale Weekend at Altoona and more importantly 5 weeks from Mainline Hobby Supply open house and layout tours weekend ! Helix is only half way finished, hoping work eases up and I can get some time in the basement 😱
