Coffee & nostalgia!

Yesterday, we went back to where it all started… and honestly, we just sat there in awe. Over the last year, we’ve watched God move in ways we never could have imagined. The prayers, the friendships, the healing, the growth, the testimonies… every single piece of it has been covered in His fingerprints. 🤍

And now here we are, planning the upcoming She Rises Retreat: S.O.W. 🌱

We truly believe this retreat is going to be life-changing. Not because of us… but because of what God is going to do in that room. Seeds are going to be planted. Hearts are going to be restored. Women are going to leave different than they came. 🙌

We don’t have to have it all together. We just have to come together.

Pride isn’t always boastful…

Sometimes it sounds like turning every conversation back to yourself.
Sometimes it looks like making your problems bigger than everyone else’s.
Sometimes it shows up as needing to be heard more than you’re willing to listen.

Have you ever known someone like that?

No matter what you’re walking through…they shift the focus back to them.
Their situation becomes louder.
Their struggle becomes more important.

And if we’re honest… sometimes we’ve all been that person.

Pride can be subtle.

It talks over.
It compares.
It competes.
It centers.

But humility does the opposite.

It listens.
It makes room.
It values others.

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”— Philippians 2:3

Take the time today to really listen.

To put yourself in someone else’s place.

To sit in their story without trying to bring it back to your own.

Your shoes aren’t always the ones that need to be walked in. Humble yourself low enough to lift someone else up.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do…is step back so someone else can rise.

A heart that always elevates itself will struggle to truly love others—but a humble heart reflects Christ. ✨

You cannot blame the fruit you produce on your circumstances or other people’s actions.

Let me repeat that…

You cannot blame the fruit YOU produce on your circumstances or other people’s actions.

Pressure doesn’t create what’s in you—
it reveals it.

Hard seasons don’t force bad fruit—
they expose what’s already been growing.

It’s easy to justify it.

“They made me react.”
“I wouldn’t be this way if they didn’t…”
“It’s just because of what I’m going through.”

But YOUR fruit only grows on YOUR tree.

Your response.
Your posture.
Your heart.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”
— Galatians 5:22-23

Not just when life is easy.
Not just when people treat you right.
Not just when everything feels fair.

Anyone can be kind when it’s convenient.
Anyone can have peace when nothing is wrong.

But real fruit shows up under pressure.

When you’re frustrated—do you still choose patience?
When you’re hurt—do you still choose love?
When things feel out of control—do you still choose self-control?

You don’t get to control what happens to you…
but you are responsible for what comes out of you.

So check the fruit.

Because what you produce says more about what’s in you
than what’s happening around you. 🍎🍊

The enemy can replicate gifts of the Spirit…
but he can’t duplicate the fruit of the Spirit.

Just because someone can speak well doesn’t mean God is speaking through them.
Just because someone posts perfectly on social media doesn’t mean their heart is transformed.

Look👏🏼at👏🏼 the👏🏼FRUIT👏🏼

Are they loving when no one is watching?
Are they patient when it costs them something?
Are they kind when it’s inconvenient?
Are they walking in integrity, even when it’s uncomfortable?

No fruit? Then what you see is empty.
Preaching without fruit is noise.
Church without fruit is hollow.
Social media without fruit is DECEPTION!

“By their fruit you will recognize them.”
— Matthew 7:16

Gifts without fruit are dangerous.
They draw attention, but they don’t draw people to God.
They look shiny, but they lead nowhere.

Stop being impressed by the gifts and start paying attention to the fruit! 🍉 🍌🍊

Because fruit can’t be faked.
Fruit reveals the heart.
Fruit proves the Spirit is at work.
Fruit will be evident in their lives!✨
