CLEARING THE BOULDERS OF OUR IDENTITY ALLOWS THE UNIVERSE TO FLOW MORE FREELY THROUGH US

We are all channels of the universe. Conduits of the infinite power from Source flowing through us like a spring from within expressing out into the world.

However, over our lifetime, we have filled this river of expression with boulders of our identity. These block the way, and reduce the pure flow of our authentic being.

Each day is an opportunity for us to see which boulders are blocking our pure expression of love. Preventing us from loving that which is in front of us through the judgment of separation.

So whatever is challenging you today instead of avoiding, it look to see the boulder inside yourself that can be removed, so that your heart can express your true being without disruption .

THAT WHICH WE FIND CHALLENGING IN ANOTHER IS THAT WHICH WE HOLD BACK IN OURSELVES

Whenever we are challenged by another person, usually the first thing we do is react in defensiveness seeking to avoid this person in an attempt to remove the challenge.

However whenever we seek to avoid something, we are actually hiding something within ourselves.

Instead, we can recognize that there is a gift in this situation.

That the reason we are finding something challenging about another’s behavior is because that very behavior is suppressed in ourselves.

So today instead of focusing on the other, look to see what judgment you are holding within of yourself thanks being triggered, and when you are willing to forgive and allow that to be heard, not only can you make peace with the other, but you can make peace with yourself.

THINGS ARE NOT HAPPENING TO YOU THEY ARE HAPPENING FOR YOU

Remember in the midst of any challenge, gratitude first !

When we are challenged, we can be triggered by fear, and our first action is often in defense, although this might very well quell and calm us it will not actually resolve anything.

We have all grown up in the world presuming that we are separate and that things outside of us affect us, things are happening to us is our mindset.

However, in truth everything is happening for us. All loss is actually purification so whoever or whatever in your life is challenging you right now look to see what it is that you are holding onto. Surrender your hold and let it go, recognizing that it’s in that space you can invite the new, the unexpected , the unlimited.

BE GRATEFUL FOR ALL THAT LEAVES AND WELCOME IN THE NEW WITH OPTIMISM AND EXCITEMENT
