Are you aware of the rain enhancing programs (weather modification programs) in Texas?

Kerr county was impacted by flooding and is North of Bandera County which is an area being 'enhanced,' (green area).

To the West of Kerr County you will see several 'enhancement' areas (red, yellow and brown).

Heads up PA

Your municipalities rights to control the decommissioning process for solar projects will be removed if this Bill passes!

PA Senate had final passage of Senate Bill 349 Decommissioning of Solar Energy Facilities.

The website below states the Bill has been "Laid on the table" in the House, but I do not know what that means.

The Senate Bill appears to be written by Pro-Solar Lobbyists. Citizens have been able to stop some major solar projects (Mt. Joy's 1,000 acres, Windsor's Twp Berks County 440 acres) in the Commonwealth and I think the solar developers are not happy about it because many of us are winning partly because municipalities are requiring adequate decommissioning bonds up front which eats the solar company's profits.

The bill would take away the importance of local zoning -- the bill removes the teeth of any local ordinance on solar decommissioning.
-The state would use a one size fits all approach which would be terrible. PA has diverse ecology, no two solar sites are the same and I have been involved with fighting many. Due to the unique environments, decommission costs will vary - the restoration of land back to almost original use - a farm will take more rehab to return than say a meadow. A forest would take a long time to return to almost original condition.

-Municipalities will be unable to require adequate upfront decommissioning bond with requirements that the developer pays x dollar amount every 5 years to account for inflation and other rising costs.

-Developers are being let off EASY for decommissioning costs by only requiring 10% 30 days before construction and then 10% before 5th year since construction.... then 40% at year 10 and so on.

I did not see anything about what happens if the developer goes bankrupt.... The US National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) warns about solar companies going bankrupt.

I know one solar project that was sold before they had finished converting the storm water facilities on the property - Lyons Solar Farm in Richmond Twp, Berks County. I have friends who know of others that sold in under 3 years.

Only 'approved' engineers on the state's list will be allowed to determine decommissioning costs -- What a great opportunity for the solar lobbyists/companies to know whom to target with lobbying which could benefit them. Right now municipalities are allowed to pick their own independent engineer (not affiliated with any solar company) which better protects municipalities and residents alike from conflicts of interest / solar company influence.

The bill would allow the developer to include salvage value for steel, aluminum and copper -- we cannot predict salvage value 25-50 years in the future so it should not be considered in the decommissioning cost. One needs to assume a contractor will have to pay at least the same cost constructing the project to deconstruct the project. I would argue returning the land would cost more since it gets damaged from construction - so in an ideal world you want more than construction cost.

Tilden Township Residents attend the Board of Supervisor Meeting tonight May 14!

There is a proposed ordinance change that will make the township friendlier to warehouse developers by raising the height limit from 30 feet to 50 feet. If you have concerns consider making a public comment.

Last night I learned a dear friend and patriot had passed away. Elaine was a wonderful lady who supported the health freedom movement and the freedom convoys by crocheting adorable bears, which were then auctioned off to help great causes.

Elaine crocheted me two beautiful bears - a USA Bear and a Canada Bear. She appreciated my live stream coverage of the USA Freedom Convoy (protested the Covid tyrannical mandates). I take the bears on adventures and I would send her photos to show her what we were up to. I have included some of my favorite from my solar eclipse trips I took with my Dad.

Elaine appreciated that I did not just disappear after the convoys ended. I continued on as independent media and recorded and/or live streamed grassroot groups, special events and municipal meetings and hearings.

I recorded the Windsor Township Supervisor Meeting on April 9, 2025.
The meeting started late due to the advertised executive session running longer than anticipated.

The proposed cement plant agreements were voted on after public comments, applicant comments and board comments. I time stamped the cement plant relevant portions.

Votes for all of the Cement Plant Agreements:

Dave Mazaika - Yes
Jerry Davis - No
Craig Long (conflicted supervisor) - Yes

Ethics Act allows a conflicted supervisor to break a tie vote if they follow the procedure outlined within it.

Today is the anniversary of seeing my first total solar eclipse with my Dad in Mt. Ida, Arkansas. We got to share this amazing experience with over a hundred other people at the park. It was something I will never forget.

For those that missed it I recorded our experience (I also live streamed it at the time). My Dad and I used the projection method - we were only ones doing this at the park so we became the happening place since more people could see what was going on at the same time.

This is a recording of my Total Solar Eclipse Experience in Mt. Ida, Arkansas. Enjoy the solar eclipse along with my Dad and I and hundreds of other people....

We will soon be re-introducing legislation ( SB 1264 Last Session - The Clean Air Preservation Act) to assure Pennsylvanians that the clean air, water and healthy environment guaranteed to them in the Pennsylvania Constitution (Article 1, Section 27) are better protected.

In 1967, the General Assembly had the foresight to pass a law to regulate weather modification involving cloud seeding experiments after unauthorized attempts by a group using planes and ground generators to emit silver iodide into the air to suppress hail in Fulton and Franklin counties, as well as information about the US and other countries experimentation in weather manipulation for national security and potential weaponization purposes, came to light.

The White House last year released a report, "Congressionally Mandated Research Plan & Initial Research Governance Framework Related to Solar Radiation Modification" providing documentation that the Federal Government, or other entities acting on the Federal Government's behalf or at the Federal Government's request, may conduct solar radiation modification (SRM), or geoengineering experiments involving the release of air contaminants into the atmosphere, and those activities may occur within this Commonwealth.

Allowing the release of unknown, experimental, and potentially hazardous substances into the atmosphere without the consent of the people of Pennsylvania is a clear violation of Article 1, Section 27 of the PA Constitution.

With the 1967 law for weather modification control as precedent, and joining ten other states this year in proposing related legislation, The Clean Air Preservation Act will prohibit the injection, release, or dispersion of chemicals, chemical compounds, or substances within the borders of Pennsylvania into the atmosphere for purposes which include affecting temperature, weather, and intensity of sunlight. This legislation was introduced in Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Illinois, South Dakota, Missouri, Kentucky, South Carolina, Minnesota, and Ohio -- and passed into law in Tennessee.
