Here are 7 dinner ideas you can mix and match however you like. No strict timetable, no “you must cook this on Monday” 😂 Just pick what works for your family and your week.

And yes, I included a leftovers/takeout night because we are NOT cooking every single day over here 😩

Save this for the next time you’re standing in the kitchen wondering what to make.

And if you want more than just dinner ideas, my full 14-Day Family Meal Plan is available through the link in my bio 🤍

I’ll be sharing a new meal plan every week, so follow along.

Which meal are you picking first? 👇🏽

I cook for a living, so trust me, the LAST thing I want to do after spending all day in the kitchen is spend another 2 hours figuring out and cooking dinner for my family 😩

At home, I want EASY.

If I can prep something ahead, freeze it, buy it already chopped or make my life easier in any way, I will.

I want to enter my kitchen, get dinner together in 10–20 minutes and GO AND REST 😭

These are 4 things that make that possible for me.

Because knowing how to cook doesn’t mean I want to cook from scratch every single time.

Save this for your next busy week 🤍

What’s your biggest shortcut in the kitchen? I’m always looking for more 👇🏽

My joy isn’t determined by what I see or by my situation.
It’s rooted in the Holy Spirit.

Today, I choose to live that joy.
I choose to express it.

✨ Homemade Granola Recipe

**Ingredients**
• 3 cups rolled oats (5-minute oats)
• ½ cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped
• ½ cup pumpkin seeds
• ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• 115 g butter, melted
• ¼ cup sunflower oil (or any neutral oil)
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• Honey, to taste
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• A pinch of salt

**Method**

1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sunflower oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and honey.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
4. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray, pressing it into an even layer.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, then continue baking in 15-minute intervals until the granola is beautifully golden brown, checking after each interval to prevent over-browning.
6. Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it into pieces and storing it in an airtight container.

Enjoy it with yogurt, milk, or simply as a crunchy snack! 🤎🥣
