Now this here has to be my most FAVORITE and to me the most comical part of his video. 🤣🤣

Let’s clear something up before Mario adds any more chapters to his imaginary history book. Back when Lou Barletta was Mayor, Hazleton did pass three ordinances back in 2006 - the Illegal Immigration Relief Act, the Tenant Registration Ordinance, and the English‑Only ordinance. And here’s the part Mario always forgets!! NONE of them were ever enforced. The federal courts shut them down in Lozano v. Hazleton before the city could even try. No one was arrested for speaking Spanish. No one was deported. No landlord was checking green cards like they were running airport security. The ordinances were blocked, appealed, blocked again, and finally tossed out as unconstitutional. End of story.

Now, enter Mario, Hazleton’s unofficial spokesperson for things that never happened.
He gets on video acting like Hazleton was running a secret “Don’t Speak Spanish” police force. According to him, people were being deported for going to work, kicked out of town for renting an apartment, and apparently the city had some kind of magical power to arrest you for… talking. 🤣🤣(That part kills me 🤣🤣). His latest rant about Nathan Lee last night is nothing but a desperate attempt to twist an old restaurant promo video into some dramatic civil‑rights scandal, and the only thing he exposed was his own dishonesty. He built his entire meltdown around a joke video Nate made awhile ago, a harmless food‑pun video about mac and cheese and chicken specials, and tried to turn it into a racist manifesto because he needed clicks.

The “illegal alien” line he keeps crying about was clearly a joke — there is not one undocumented worker at Nate’s business, we all know who was recording the video and she has been with Nate for 7 1/2 years and no sane business owner would ever publicly announce something like that on camera, upload it to Facebook, and incriminate themselves. Mario knows this, but he needed a villain, so he invented an immigration scandal out of thin air.

Then he tried to sexualize Hailey by pretending Nate made inappropriate comments toward her, when the line “dirty mac and cheese — we know you like it dirty” was directed at the audience and referred to the dish itself, which is literally called dirty mac and cheese (duh). Nate didn’t sexualize her!! Mario did!! Repeatedly calling her a “little girl,” “young female,” “13 years old,” and implying she’s working with an “old guy,” all while pretending he’s offended on her behalf.

Mario claims he’s outraged by a food pun, yet he’s the same person who screams “go f*** your mother,” “go f*** yourself,” and “c***sucker” at police officers and anyone who tells him something he doesn’t like. Hazleton City Police Department need more education. Telling upset accident victims “he’s in public, he can record ( livestream to facebook)” is legally incorrect. Public space removes privacy for normal activity, not for people who are visibly shaken, distressed, or emotionally overwhelmed after an accident. Officers have full authority to move a recorder back when the subject objects, when the recording ESCALATES TENSION, or when the person being filmed is vulnerable.

Mario wasn’t exercising a right, he was exploiting upset accident victims for content. And the police enabled it because they rely on oversimplified training instead of actual law. What makes it worse is Mario’s hypocrisy: he only screams about his “rights” when he’s targeting victims or provoking officers. But the second he needs police protection, he suddenly stops calling them pigs, tyrants, clowns, or telling them to go f* their mothers. When they’re protecting him, he’s polite. When he’s safe again, he goes right back to disrespecting them.
