👉 Quick Recipe:
1️⃣ Sauté garlic and onion with a bit of butter.
2️⃣ Add tamarind sauce (tamarind paste, sugar, fish sauce, a touch of chili).
3️⃣ Toss in lightly fried crab until evenly coated — or plate the crab and pour the sauce on top.
4️⃣ Garnish with sliced green onions and freshly ground black pepper.
