Happy today to one of my favorite fandoms! 🖖🏼 Star Trek will always be near & dear to my heart. ❤️ I grew up watching reruns of the original series with my Gram, and then TNG with her while in high school, and my beloved while in college and into married life. My most beloved of the franchise is (which I watched with my own college-age kiddo), (which I watched with my husband), and (which was my comfort from the chaos of our current world this year). deserves more than just two seasons! I love it!

Thank you, , for being a big part of my life and the happy memories I have of watching it with loved ones. 🙏🏻❤️🖖🏼

Reflecting on a busy spring & summer... 🌌

1 minor surgery, 1 visit to the ER, 1 unexpected stay overnight in the hospital, a handful of temp jobs over the school-break, 1 amazing vacation to the PNW coast, 1 new fitbit device, 2 tire repairs, several lovely date-nights with my husband, a few really fun SWEH game night meetups (my favorite fan group!), lots of cooking, a decent amount of worry & stress, and 1 re-watch of the entire brilliant, gritty series.

How has your summer been? ☀️ Summertime is my favorite season. Even with the heat.

It's been waaay too hot here in Houston for cosplaying, but cooler fall temperatures will be coming soon, along with one of my new Star Wars costumes I can't wait to debut.

On Monday, Tosh & I attended the advanced screening of and Grogu with our fan group. 💚 Today (Wednesday), we're celebrating 3️⃣2️⃣ years of marriage! 💍🎉 On Friday, we'll be seeing the movie again in 4DX. I'm enjoying celebrating our wedding week in the galaxy with my Jedi soul mate! 🌠

Huge thanks to and for the advanced screening opportunity and for making the week of our 32nd wedding anniversary so memorable. 💚 This is the Way!

Last night, I had the privilege of attending the early IMAX screening of and movie with several of my dear friends from Star Wars Enthusiasts of Houston fan group. What an amazing opportunity! 💚🩶

Thank you, Star Wars and for the VIP reserved seats! 💚

Someday, I hope to attend a Hollywood premiere, but in the meantime, being able to such a fun night here in with several in our fan group was awesome. This is the Way!

As a parent myself, the relationship between Grogu and Din Djarin hit close to home. No spoilers, of course. This film just has a lot of hard-hitting relationships that will resonate with many of all ages.

Go see it in theaters this weekend! I'll be back on Friday to watch in Regal 4DX motion seats.

💙🧡 appreciation post. 🧡💙 The series is still my all-time favorite of the animated series. Our kiddo grew up watching the series with my husband & me, so it also holds an extra special meaning for our family. Seasons 3 & 4 were absolute masterpieces in storytelling. And now, years later, seeing some of the beloved characters come to life in the live-action series (and Zeb in !) is what we've all been waiting for. 🧡💙
