During the first hour of tonight’s Tales Of The New West, host Chris Aaland helps legendary fiddler Mark O'Connor celebrate his 65th birthday by featuring Mark and other fiddlers including Vassar Clements, Johnny Gimble, Bob Wills, and Sam Bush. Chris even opens the KSUT Vault for some fiddle tunes from the Four Corners Folk Festival. During the second hour, the Americana Jukebox spins new songs and old favorites, including Son Volt, Drivin N Cryin, and Patsy Cline. Denver-based U.S. District Court Judge Philip Brimmer said that the Department of Justice failed to provide a sufficient reason for obtaining unredacted voter information and that the federal government is not entitled to the data under federal law.
