The weird symptoms of Menopause nobody warned us about...

• Anxiety or panic attacks
• Feeling overstimulated by noise
• Restless legs at night
• Waking up exhausted
• Forgetting simple words
• Plantar Fasciitis
• Itchy skin
• Waking up at 3am wide awake & SO.MANY.MORE...

It’s carrying them into every beautiful moment and still thinking, “My mom would love this” 🥺❤️

Grief is messy but important to walk through and then carry them into every beautiful moment that you know they would’ve loved! 🥰

The biggest lie I ever told to my Mom was when I took her by the hand, whispered in her ear, and told her that it was ok to let go and go see Jesus...

Broke my heart to lie to her, but I knew she needed to hear that from me and my siblings so she could feel okay to let go.

I love you Mom and will always miss you 🥺❤️
