The 2nd Full Moon of May, today, May 31st
here's good info on it!
What counts as a blue moon, exactly?
A blue moon is the “extra” full moon in a calendar where the math gets weird. Most months get one full moon, but the lunar cycle lasts about 29.5 days, which is just short enough for two full moons to occasionally squeeze into the same month. That second one is what most of us now call a blue moon.
The upcoming blue moon is exactly that. The month’s first full moon, the flower moon, rose on May 1, and the second closes things out at 4:45 a.m. EDT or 1: 45 am PDT on May 31. And just to make things a little more interesting, this one is also a “micromoon.” That means it will be near the farthest point in its orbit from Earth, making it appear slightly smaller than a typical full moon.
After this, the next monthly blue moon won’t arrive until Dec. 31, 2028. So while the phrase makes it sound like a once-in-a-lifetime event, blue moons are really more of an every-few-years situation. Still special. Just not Halley’s Comet special.
YES! We have reached a threshold where this Full Moon
brings out the truth about areas of concern in your life/our nations life
and public leaders.
And brings forward what we can realize to be clear on what we see in the future
and your intuitive powers to read clearly comes May-June.
