Emmette Carter Allen, age 79 of Jacksboro

Emmette Carter Allen, age 79 of Jacksboro, passed away on December 30, 2025, after a brief illness. Carter served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired building contractor. He was a member of Cumberland View Baptist Church. He enjoyed working on his farm tending to his cattle, working his hay fields, and gardening. He also enjoyed fishing, his trips out west, especially to Montana with his friends....
