This with its Kelvin Char 4 barrel is Creme Brulee in a glass. Another great pick by Sam and his team!

🔥Hazmat Stagg🔥

We've had this one for a while and decided it would be a great bottle to open as we get 2026 underway.

Some bottles drink above or below their proof, but this one is exactly as advertised: a 140.4 Proof monster picked by .

"Stagg Like Us (Staggin' Back to Cali 4.0)" is one that's not going to last long as it's our favorite open Stagg we own by a pretty wide margin. We'll be on the lookout for more picks from , especially if they're the same quality as this one!

🔥Fool Me Thrice🔥

Jesse and I were finally able to open our single barrel pick that we teamed up with , & to create.

We've been busy, but we're happy we found the time to give this bottle the attention it deserves. The entire process of blending to create the final product was an awesome experience, and the whole crew sharing pours on Winthrop's patio (before, during, and after) is what the whiskey community is all about.

A fun pick for what is a budget-friendly bottle, but performs so well in blinds. This one has been long sold out (except for maybe 1 or 2 at the Eustis Liquor Warehouse location), but we'll be looking forward to our next pick with the great people at .

30% XO Calvados
Finished in an ex-Bourbon Cask
10% Armagnac Blend (1962, 1973, 1982, 1989)

Farm-to-Glass American Whiskey, .0 is a must have for your collection.

Rice Whiskey isn't something that Jesse and I have had much of, but trying both the Small Batch & High Proof Small Batch from our friends in Louisiana had us asking our local stores to bring in the brand.

Overall, we enjoyed the extra proof in the High Proof a bit more, but for anyone who likes bourbon, especially those distilled in the southern states, the flavor profile of these two bottles is flat-out enjoyable. At 96 Proof and 118 Proof, the two bottles have something for everyone.

We hadn't seen these in Florida much, and for those who haven't in your market: ask your local store about bringing some in! Until then, be sure to check availability with .

Really love what Frey Ranch is putting out, and this 4 Grain Bourbon is another reason we'll always have multiple bottles from them on our bar.

Tough to find a better Rye than a Single Barrel TKO Pick from .

with yet another awesome bottle, and one we were glad we got a backup of. This one didn't last the weekend at the beach!

🔥Silverbelly Last Call🔥

We're usually pretty apprehensive with most celebrity spirits, especially whiskey, but this Last Call is a good pour!

Commemorating Alan Jackson's final concert in Nashville next year, we're very happy to say this Limited Release is a bottle you'll keep coming back to.

Our beach getaway this weekend was the perfect chance to give this bottle a try, and it ended being a crowd favorite amongst 4 or 5 well known, highly regarded pours.

The age statement (6.7 years), proof (101.7), and yield (1958) were all thoughtfully managed (67th birthday, Oct 17th birthdate, 1958 birth year respectively).

It's good to see an all-time great represent a brand that produces good pours at a great price!

Big shout out to for sending us this bottle. It's easy to see why it sold out as quick as it did.

🔥Russell's Pick🔥

Another bucket-list item crossed off our list!

This past weekend, Jesse and I were lucky enough to join some great men to pick a Russell's Single Barrel for .

has long been our favorite distillery, and to have lead the pick was an experience we'll never forget! Bruce, it was an honor.

While we wish Shu could have joined, we really appreciate him allowing us to represent his store for this Single Barrel selection.

More details to come as we get closer to the bottling date!

🔥F*ck Cancer🔥

Jesse and I generally like to keep things family- friendly, but we can all agree on one sentiment: F*ck Cancer!

We have several bottles of F*ck Cancer releases and this year, they've partnered with for another great release. Focusing on prevention, early detection, and support programs, Penelope Bourbon and retail partner will look to donate more than $500k combined to FCancer's efforts!

We all have friends or family that have been affected by cancer in one way or another, but we look forward to a time where its impact can be greatly diminished.

Today, we open our last bottle of last year's release, before opening a few from this year.
