I’m so excited on this face to face Friday. 4 weeks since my gastric bypass surgery and I woke up this morning now down 32 lbs. I have gone from 313lbs to 281lbs.

I am so pumped. Thank you for all who help motivate me to continue to shed these pounds.

I feel the best I have ever felt my entire adult life.

My daily walk in the park and reflection. After my gastric bypass surgery I could only do one lap at Hawk Meadow Park, now as of today I’m up to 6 laps. Feeling good.
