A passion for story-telling bridging two centuries. Monopol Films is a motion picture company founded in 1912 by silent film pioneers Stanner E.V. Taylor (writer-producer-director) and Marion Leonard (one of the silver screen's first leading ladies). The company was reformed in the 1990s by S.C.V. With a focus on partnering with brilliant but under-appreciated talent and providing the resources to

help them achieve new heights, Monopol is uniquely positioned to create thrilling content with strong story and production values, and delivering that sweet spot between show and business.

A Christmas Carol (2019) may just be the best Dickensian adaptation for the simple fact that Scrooge rejects forgiveness for himself as selfish, rather pledging if given a second chance he will make a specific and positive change for others.
