3:15PM UPDATE 8\6\24
Cells are developing around the region, and as we progress over the next 2 to 3 hours, a line of severe weather will enter our region. With this said, I would personally postpone National Night Out due to safety concerns. If I was hosting the event.
Addionaly, these cells will sit and train for long periods, leading to flash flooding, especially this evening and overnight.
1-3 inches area wide, with some locations likely exceeding 4 inches.
