Anyone else riding the perimenopause rollercoaster? I thought I was gonna avoid her, but nope! She’s here — uninvited.

Hot flashes, brain fog, and insomnia…. I never know when (or if) I’m actually gonna sleep. Thank God for my portable nightstand fan.

Honored to stand alongside the Heroes in the Sky team yesterday at the 2025 Verve Celebrity Softball Classic in Frisco, TX. The event is more than softball - it’s about community, awareness, and honoring those who serve.

Heroes in the Sky:

💜 Empowers Families - supporting those left
behind with love and care.

💜 Advances Awareness & Prevention - raising the call to end su***de nationwide.

We accompanied Battle Vest 22-04 - honoring 19 remarkable warriors whose legacies live on.

Yesterday was a powerful reminder of courage, sacrifice, and the importance of mental health awareness.

Waco pickleball family - something exciting is in the works!

With the support of Van Davis of Van’s Awesome Pickleball and the generosity of Central United Methodist Church Waco (who has so kindly opened their doors for us to play), we’re raising funds to resurface the church gym floor.

The upgrade will bring an outdoor surface — indoors, giving us a safer, more beautiful court the whole community can enjoy for years to come. 💛
