Okay y’all… I finally gave Poppi soda a try and WOW. The orange flavor... it's like a creamsicle and a prebiotic had a bubbly little baby. 🤯✨

Is it replacing my ride-or-die Diet Dr. Pepper or coffee? No.
Is it officially on the creative girl fridge rotation? Absolutely. 💻🎨

It's definitely a refreshing, low-sugar alternative to traditional sodas.

PICKLEBALL PLAYERS - DON’T BLINK ON THIS ONE!

I’ve been hit in the face with a pickleball more times than I care to admit. Pretty sure I’m a walking target 🎯🤣.

One of those hits was from the ball ricocheting off my partner’s paddle. It turned into a legit eye injury. I’m talking blurred vision, inflammation, increased pressure and light sensitivity for two weeks. Dr. Neil Bealka was the one who got me patched up.

Now? I never step on the court without eye protection. Lesson learned.

Dr. Bealka is giving an informative presentation on Pickleball-related eye injuries - what causes them, how to prevent them, and why it’s not worth the risk to play without protection.

Waco area beginner pickleball friends — this 4-week DUPR match play challenge at WRTFC is calling your name! Great for newbies or anyone without a DUPR. Starts August 4th. Don’t miss it! 💥

This 4-Week Beginner Match Play Challenge is ideal for those without a DUPR or beginners at a 3.3 or below. Each week includes a 30-minute skill/drill session followed by officially rated matches in a fun, structured environment.

❓ What is DUPR?
DUPR stands for Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating. It’s a system that rates your pickleball skill level based on your match results—regardless of age, gender or location. The more you play, the more accurate your rating becomes! Think of it like It’s your pickleball credit score—except more fun and less stressful. Tournaments use the ratings to help you enter events.

MONDAYS AT 5:30 p.m. • BEGINS AUGUST 4
🚨 Before registering, please make sure you can attend all four Mondays. Due to the nature of DUPR, players must attend all four weeks. No subs will be permitted.🚨
