Haifa Film Festival - 2012

"Out in the Dark", A Film by Michael Mayer is Winner of the Feature Film Competition at the 2012 Haifa Film Festival.

The Haifa Cultural Foundation Feature Film Award presented 140,000 NIS to "Out in the Dark", directed by Michael Mayer, produced by Lihu Roter and Michael Mayer (Israel 2012).

The Jury: "Out in the Dark" is a brave and relevant drama committed to human rights and values, to freedom and sexual freedom in both the Israeli and Palestinian societies.
