I’ve added piano to my practice regiment and was able to score this old practice piano from Mercer university from some sellers! What a great thing and an amazing perk of being a Realestate agent :p

I’ve been so locked in. I’ve lost 15 pounds and am almost done with the cut!! Next up will be a lean bulk!!!

I finally released my 3rd song even tho I made it so long ago!! Now time to practice practice practice and create!! Thank you so much for streaming it :p (it’s the one playing rn and is in my bio)

Got a new PR today. 10 reps of a dumbbell row with 105 pounds!!!!

idk if you are reading these captions, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for streaming my new song :p my mom lowkey mad at me for waiting so long to releasing this one bc she says I let the hype die :p but tbh idrc about that stuff anymore (maybe a small part of me does, but it’s a lot smaller than it used to be). I just am enjoying finding new ways to express myself and pursue my interests while learning to be a self sufficient human being :p I hope I can share more w you while maintaining a good balance :p ily bloob

About 4 months ago, I seriously started a fitness journey. My goal has been to cut weight so I can clearly see my abs in any lighting and then basically do a lean bulk afterward. To do this, I went on a 500 calorie deficit and have been on one for about 4 months. I’ve consistently lost a pound a week and simultaneously have been hitting the gym fairly hard. I cannot wait to be done with this cut bc I want Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams again 😔

Creator note: The reason I’m posting this is because I’m trying to realign myself with new pillars. One of them being fitness. I’m hoping this style of communication will help me connect more with you.

PS: I got the creator note idea from Solid Heaston I really like this, I wanted to name it something else like “truth corner” lol but it felt way too corny !!! It just feels more like a creator note sometimes and honestly like a transparency note.
