The 3-day Sargent volleyball camp commenced on Monday afternoon. Over the course of the camp, the girls acquired a significant amount of knowledge from Coach Sargent, focusing on fundamental skills like serving accuracy, setting techniques, and strategic court positioning. Drills were designed to improve reaction time and teamwork, ensuring each player left with a tangible improvement in their performance. Girls gained a significant amount of knowledge from Coach Sargent, benefiting from her years of experience and personalized coaching style. She emphasized not only the physical aspects of the game but also the mental toughness required to excel, creating a holistic learning environment.
