SO — we’re back from B2B festivals which means it’s time for a mini review!
Forest up — , weeeee! It felt so good to be back on The Farm♥️ not to mention I FINALLY got to wear these amazing overalls🥹
A quick review/recap of what we loved/what we hope they change for 2023:
✅ Upgrade sound systems at various stages were amazing
✅ Loved loved LOVED the upgrades to The Other stage (more screens, lasers, wee!)
✅ QUICK access into the festival camping grounds on all days with no outrageous wait times or traffic
✅ Addition of flushing toilets throughout the grounds and venue
✅ Tons of new misting and shade tents in the campgrounds and inside the venue
✅ Cell service was exceptional and made navigating with the app, getting updates on weather or lineup changes, etc. were so much easier
❌ No pod balloons made way-finding difficult when walking around — the stands were easy to confuse with the row number system. Return of the pod balloons would be preferred!
❌ Groop Camping was totally shafted with camping location this year and pushed far from the GA entrance and other pods. Better disbursement of “premium” real estate close to entrances (or return of old Disco Ball entrance) would be appreciated!
❌ JamTrack was great but should have been running in both directions — we frequently saw them driving back to back which feels like an inefficiency/created really long wait times at certain JamTrak stops
😤 Only one GA entrance into Centeroo was NOT it. Line wait times were long. With the extreme heat, a lot of attendees were left without water because they emptied on the way to the line. Multiple GA entrances for 2023 is greatly appreciated!
