Fitness isn’t just about the vanity aspect or the aesthetic.. it can be simply about walking up a hill without getting winded or not losing your breath going up 1 flight of stairs.

Once I stopped caring about how I looked, and more how I PERFORMED, that’s when I started looking better an everything else came together. You’re inching your way to a better quality of life.

Remember the saying “you are what you eat?” Your body is going to LOOK how you TREAT it. So act accordingly but have fun
