He dropped out of school in the 8th grade. 🎒
His family had lost everything. No safety net. No backup plan.
So at 13 years old, William Rosenberg did what Boss Kids do — he looked around, spotted an opportunity, and got to work.
He hauled a block of ice to a racetrack and sold chips for 10 cents each. Made $171 in a single day.
That wasn't luck. That was Kit 1 energy — finding a big idea by solving a real problem for real people.
Fast forward a few years… he's running 140 food trucks. And then he notices something: coffee and donuts are nearly HALF of everything he sells.
So he zooms in. Opens a shop. Names it Dunkin' Donuts.
No degree. No investors. Just a pattern he paid attention to, and the courage to act on it.
By the time he was done, he had built a $5 billion brand AND created the entire franchising industry as we know it today.
🍩 The lesson? Your big idea is often hiding inside data you already have. You just have to pay attention.
