Maintenance Window:
6/2 from 3AM to 5AM

Services Potentially Affected:

• Video

Reason for Maintenance:
Required software updates

During this maintenance window, most customers in the affected areas should experience only a brief service interruption of approximately 5 minutes. However, some customers may experience this brief interruption two to three times as equipment is updated and services are restored throughout the maintenance process.

PRTC Celebrates 10,000th Broadband Customer

PRTC is proud to celebrate a major milestone with the connection of our 10,000th broadband customers, Michael and Martha Gibson of Oneida, Kentucky. The Gibsons patiently waited for the day PRTC broadband service would become available in their area and signed up as soon as they had the opportunity.

“We are extremely happy with PRTC’s service,” Michael said. “We’re tickled to death!”

Pictured are PRTC Install/Repair Technician Rusty Flannery and PRTC Customer Service Representative Eric Mason, shown on the left, with Michael and Martha Gibson of Oneida on the right. Eric assisted the Gibsons with signing up for broadband service, and Rusty completed the installation.
