Look who we found in Colorado! 😄 We were so excited to meet up with John and Donna Coddiwomple Travelers last night!

There’s just something so special about the rv life! We are reminded of this especially when we are in places where we have the chance to meetup with friends on the road! Last night the time flew by, we can’t wait to see them again in Florida next year! Safe travels, friends!!

“The "giant red ants" in Colorado are most likely red harvester ants (genus Pogonomyrmex). These ants are large, red-brown in color, and known for their painful stings. They are common on the Colorado Plains and in other open, arid areas, building distinctive, flat mounds cleared of vegetation.”

This little guy had quite the appetite! ✨

I’ve so enjoyed watching all of the local hummingbirds feed from these tiny feeders!! 🥰 I wash and refill them once a week to keep them happy and returning for more!
