If you haven’t visited Great Sand Dunes National Park yet, it is a must-see destination!

Great Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado features North America's tallest sand dunes, some exceeding 750 feet in height, rising against the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Visitors can engage in sandboarding, sledding, or hiking through diverse landscapes such as grasslands, wetlands, and forests, and enjoy stargazing in the park's International Dark Sky designation. The park was formed from a former lakebed and is open year-round, 24/7, though the dunes themselves are a complex geologic system informed by a unique interplay of wind and water.

We went there and were not disappointed! We explored, we played and we enjoyed it all!
