Bob Chapek has told his side. Did it change our minds? 📖🏰

On MOW #649, Kevin, Danny, and Eli discuss Behind the Castle Walls—from Chapek’s underdog identity and “disruptor” philosophy to park pricing, accountability, and his account of the conflict with Bob Iger.
Understanding his circumstances and approving of his leadership are two different questions. We tackle both—with a little Return of Jafar and Michael Eisner discussion along the way.

Have you read it? Did it change how you see either Bob?

🚢 NEW EPISODE: The Future of Themed Disney Cruises: Our Ideas Set Sail! – Part 2 | Episode 647

Disney Cruise Line has apparently given the MOW crew a ship and an unlimited budget.

That was their first mistake. 😂

In Part 2, we're doing some Armchair Imagineering and pitching the themed cruises WE would actually build.
🎤 Rachel: A Taylor Swift-inspired cruise...OR “C23,” essentially D23 at Sea with Imagineers, Disney history, models, panels and more.
🏛️ Danny: A floating celebration of LOST DISNEY featuring extinct attractions like Horizons, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Kitchen Kabaret, Spirit of Aloha and more.
🌀 Eli: A Twilight Zone-inspired voyage into lost Disney attractions, artifacts and experiences.
🧭 Kevin: Adventures on the High Seas—four nights, four different Disney adventures, with guests becoming part of the story through an Adventure Passport.

And nobody knew what the others were pitching beforehand.

Some of these got surprisingly elaborate. 😂
