Doral Family Journal, in partnership with the InterContinental at Doral Miami, successfully hosted “Coffee Networking with a Cop,” an initiative that brought the community and the Doral Police Department together for a morning of conversation, coffee and networking.
Business owners, community leaders and residents attended the event at the InterContinental at Doral Miami, where they had the opportunity to speak directly with members of the Police Department in a welcoming and relaxed setting.
One of the highlights of the morning was the introduction of Doral’s new Police Chief, Matthew Castillo, who was joined by members of his team. Attendees had the opportunity to meet the Chief, speak with him directly, raise questions and share ideas about issues important to the community.
More than a formal introduction, the event created an opportunity for meaningful interaction among residents, business leaders and local authorities, helping maintain open and direct communication with those who live, work and serve in Doral.
