Ruben Olivas with Print A Vision Inc claims I did “nothing” to avoid paying a bill and keeping his word on exchanging services.

Yet, he retains the very value I provided.

He selectively chooses what to respond to. Similar to his corrupt attorney who took on such a ridiculous case.

Here’s hours of research I did to support his podcast studio’s quality.

Ruben didn’t even have his settings optimized on his software yet was trying to charge full retail prices. His video and audio quality were s**t.

He was using charging cords from his Mevo cameras to his CPU. They weren’t even data cables. Which matters.

He didn’t have SD cards in his cameras (as you’ll see in the video), let alone know the proper data cards to insert for data quality.

He didn’t understand why connecting them with Ethernet cables was the better set up for data transfer and quality.

He didn’t know to use USB-C converters for each camera so that quality wouldn’t be lost or diminished.

He didn’t understand why customer experience trumps podcast equipment. So, I consulted him on my 5 years of market research in 4 different studios and what people actually pay for.

His lighting sucked and so I worked on getting the best lighting placement for visual quality.

He claims I had no input on his studio production yet, this video shows the exact hardware he ordered in his Amazon account. I wonder how you explain that one, sir. While he was sitting next to me. Yet, he states and conveyed to his attorney that I entered the studio and disrupted his business. By adding value to your s**t studio?

Ruben himself admitted to being paid $1,000 a day for consulting and yet dares to contradict his own experience by minimizing my consultative impact…let that sink in.

I treated Ruben like a professional and he treated me like an enemy. Or more so, a spoiled child throwing a tantrum to avoid accountability. Much like a narcissist.

Ruben is trying to minimize my impact to reconcile in his own mind not to pay me what is appropriately due.

I have evidence after evidence proving my story. And he has no evidence proving I “disrupted his business”, created emails on his device

Ruben told his “attorney” that I created an email account (with his studio name) and contacted a client UNAUTHORIZED.

1) Why the hell would I create an email account on HIS device with HIS studio name for MY benefit?

2) Ruben sent me the client’s email to send the email to. Pictured above.

I can’t make this up. This dude just keeps lying. Holy 💩.

We met with Pacino Paycheck to discuss YouTube Optimization. Where Pacino agreed that would be a service he would opt in to. We agreed.

So, as a professional, to keep things streamlined, Ruben asked me to separate the studio from Print A Vision by creating an email for that entity.

I then, sent a recap of our meeting with Pacino, Ruben, and I. Per Ruben’s request.

But if Ruben admits this, he admits my invoice is valid.

Sheesh. Talk about being a snake.

Get your story together my man. The math ain’t mathing.

You’re going to spend more than $14,000 in litigation. Should have taken my offer of grace.

Now, your wife, majority owner, will also be listed in the suit. What a coward. Putting your wife in the cross hairs because of your arrogant ignorance.

Now, I gotta subpoena Pacino Paycheck. SMH. All because Ruben doesn’t want to pay his bill.

Where do they raise these guys? Odessa???

Lying to a prestigious law firm and expecting them to corroborate a lie…

Mannnn, you’re desperate to not pay a bill. No normal person would employ an attorney and then flat out lie to them about what happened. You think any attorney is going to protect your lie when there’s physical evidence that shows otherwise??

Did you forget I recorded our conversations??

This man is trying to save face with his wife. Which the law office didn’t even mention her in the C&D. SMH.

Keep lying to people around you. You’re just digging yourself into a deeper hole.

Stop being a coward and pay the bill.

What happens when someone tries to use the letter of the law to strong arm someone to avoid paying a bill?

Who’s the snake?

Ruben was paid $500 back in 2009 to complete the final version of my debut album. He contacted me that his computer had fried and the files were lost.

Ruben still has that laptop. He lied to me and never tried to make it right. Essentially, stealing $500.

In 2019 Ruben had an agreement with me to make connections and sale his online stores. I introduced him to Lalo and Karlaaa. I recently found out that those orders have been his largest orders to date. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED $1 from the 10% sales commission I was due to receive.
bylalo I wonder how much you guys generated since Ruben never updated me nor paid me.

Two weeks ago, Ruben contracted me to streamline his podcast studio to be “Ryan’s competitor”. He was upset that Ryan “treated him like a peasant”. And he wanted to collab to create a solid competitive advantage against Forty Wolves Studio/Ryan Shewchuk.

Ruben promised shares, equity, or trade as part of the value exchange. And once he received the breakdown of that value, Ruben responded with name calling, berating comments, and threat of violence inside of his lobby at Print A Vision.

Ruben treated me like an enemy while I treated him like a professional doing business.

This is what it is like when immature people try to play dress up.

This has been an on going theme with studios we have tried to collaborate with. They act like their business is a hobby and then when treated like a business claim being victimized and taken advantage of.

I am a professional. And have conducted myself as such when it comes to exchange of services.

On the contrary, Ruben has made false claims against me, stalked and tailed me, used threat of legal action to intimidate, and disrupted my business.

Since we did not have an NDA or mediation clause to govern such a dispute, I am publicly clearing my name of such erroneous claims on my character by the very man operating in such bad faith.

In the Loop is on pause again until we now create and build our own facility.

Loopers, my apologies for cancelling this season.
