Judge the World Championship Mustard Competition with me at the National Mustard Museum in Middleton, WI.

I was super excited to be invited to this event! I tasted over 50 mustards - just at my table - who knew there were so many different varieties of mustard?!

2026 Grand Champion has been crowned: Pommery Dijon from France.

Last month, I attended my first full moon yoga hosted by 🧘🏻‍♀️

It was COLD to say the least, but the vibes were 10/10. I love community fitness classes and this night there were over 200 of us on Atwater Beach. 🌕

We loooooved the crab rangoon. PERFECT cream cheese to wonton ratio 👌🏻

We’re making our way through every sushi roll on the menu 😳 wait until the end of the reel to see how Mike felt about these ones 🤣

there’s a brand new Coopers Hawk in Pleasant Prairie!

I love Coopers Hawk so when they invited us to dine at their new location, it was an immediate yes. The service was great, the vibes were on point, and we both LOVED our entrees. Check them out!

| NEW FOODIE FIND AT 🚨

I was wandering the aisles as one does when they are called to target and found these quesadillas. They’re so good! 25g-30g of protein and super easy & convenient to make. These are officially a freezer staple 🙌🏻
