Thinking back to one week ago…I was so thankful to be back in my hometown to spend time with my family.

Nieces+Nephews+Cousins…Wohoo!

The older we get, the more intentional we are to celebrate it ALL!

We are grateful for our faith, health, safe travels, technology, our family and blessings.

Happy 22nd Birthday son! They call him and I call him my firstborn!

you came into this world 6.5 weeks early, weighing in at 4lbs 6oz and was a true CHAMPION.
Just me and you, in Yuma, AZ. And it was love at first sight.

In the NICU, you were calm, collected, cool, nothing rattled you, you didn’t cry, you were patient, your nurses marveled at your strength. Everytime I see your first picture in your cammies, I tear up with happy tears and thank GOD he gave me you. Then and now, you are so special son. You are a GENTLEman and the best big bro!

May GOD continue to guide you and remind you what a gift you are to me and so many others, . I love you more than there are stars in the sky.

Saturday was a good day to have a GREAT day! We started with tailgating and never stopped moving and grooving and wrapped the evening with watching our teammate rock the stage!
P.S. when you and your game day date Gilda Diniz have the exact same birthday, you know it will be fun from jump!

From the bottom of my heart…thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Reading your birthday posts, texts, receiving your calls and hearing how I have positively impacted you, has made this such a special birthday for me.

I’m truly blessed to have my family make today a priority (if you have a SCORPIO in your life, you know what I mean😂😂), to work with people who care and to have people in my new city, family/friends in my last city, my hometown and everywhere in between to show me so much love.

From my birthday message, to karaoke with our team, to my first University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Fighting Illini Women’s Basketball game with more of my lovely teammates (thanks for putting us on the Jumbotron!!), to FaceTime smiles and to laughs so hard they lead to tears, with my kids and my husband and SNOW (what?!) it’s been such wonderful birthday weekend and I thank you for helping to make it, the best one yet!

I take nothing for granted and wholeheartedly appreciate you for taking the time to show me so much love!
