🎶 Recording Spotlight: Erik Norgaard | Psalms 1–7 🎶

We recently wrapped up a beautiful project with Erik Norgaard, recording his breathtaking musical arrangements of Psalms 1 through 7. These songs are full of heart, depth, and reverence—and we’re honored to have helped bring them to life.

For Psalm 1, we used our vintage 1973 Gibson J45 acoustic, Erik’s Flambeau guitar, and a combination of Beyerdynamic M160 and Neumann KM 184 microphones to faithfully capture the warmth and detail of his arrangements.

🎧 Listen to the full Psalm 1 production now on Erik’s Psalms2Music YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/1gDYvTlo2cU

Reflecting on the experience, Erik shared:
“Rob truly gave me space to be my own artist while, at the same time, offering his vast knowledge, insight, and expertise in such a way that fostered a remarkably powerful and creative space like nothing I’ve previously experienced. Perfect synergy.”

We’re so grateful to collaborate with artists like Erik—who bring deep meaning to their music and trust us to help shape the sound.
