Rain/Snow is expected through 10 AM this morning especially along and east of the Mississippi River. Snow squalls are possible this afternoon and evening with northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph. Rapidly changing conditions are possible in snow squalls. Less than an inch of snow is expected today with the highest amounts expected east of the river.

Rain is forecast to change to snow from west to east early this morning with slushy accumulation on grassy surfaces. Light snow is expected to be falling areawide by 6 AM.
