Here’s a little kitchen tip that can save you some frustration:

Read the entire recipe before you start.

Not just the ingredient list.

Check the directions, cooking time, prep time—and especially whether something needs to be softened, thawed, chilled or prepared ahead.

Because finding out halfway through that something needed to sit for 2 hours?

Yeah… we’ve all been there. 😂

Well… what a weekend. ❤️

First, THANK YOU. Truly.

Saturday brought some extreme heat, 🥵 and you still showed up, stopped by, chatted with us, and supported KKT. Then Sunday… y’all showed UP. There were times we could barely move inside the booth because it was so crowded! 😳❤️
We sold out of several things, which is always an amazing feeling — but honestly, the best part of the weekend wasn’t what we sold.
It was YOU.
We met so many new faces, had some of the best conversations, laughed a lot, played with lots of puppy girls and boys 🐶, answered a whole lot of food questions, and got to share our little corner of the table with so many wonderful people.
Whether you bought something, stopped to sample, said hello, followed along, or simply took a minute to talk with us — thank you.
You made the heat, the long days, the packing, unpacking, and everything in between completely worth it.
We’re home tired, grateful, and already thinking about the next one.
From our table to yours… thank you for pulling up a chair. 💙

The booth is almost ready, the samples of the new product is ready, and I’m still not sure how I got everything here today. No matter what door you opened in the SUV today something was bound to fall out. It was stuffed.

I’m thinking through the KKT booth layout for this weekend show Shelbyville Fall Art & Craft Festival Benefiting Shelby County Animal Shelter put on by ArtSpark Productions (event link in comments)and it got me wondering:
