The music business can be a tough road — and at times, a pretty noisy one. When I launched Reed ProMotion, my vision was to build something different; a company rooted in community, where artists support one another, grow together, and navigate this industry with integrity, strong ethics and mutual respect.
I’ve always believed that the longer road — the one that requires patience, hard work, and staying true to your values is often the right one.
In an industry where many choose to keep their rosters in the dark, I’ve found that real momentum comes from collaboration and transparency. I’m incredibly proud to work alongside such talented, hardworking, and genuinely good people. Some are pictured here, some weren't able to be at CRS, but every one of them matters to what we’re building.
Here’s to 2026, a year of partnership, shared wins and moving the industry forward by working together, not against each other.
