We’ve been enjoying this salmon seasoning with our salmon. The only seasoning blend you’ll ever need! 🐟✨ Mix this quick 5-minute rub up, store it in your pantry, and you’re set for the next 4 months. Perfect for salmon, chicken, shrimp, and roasted veggies.

Ingredients
(Use 2 tablespoons of rub per pound of salmon)
▢ 1/4 cup brown sugar
▢ 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
▢ 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
▢ 1 teaspoon black pepper
▢ 2 teaspoons kosher salt
▢ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
▢ 1 teaspoon onion powder
▢ 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
▢ 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Use immediately, or store in a jar or airtight container.

It’s a versatile rub so don’t be afraid to use it on other types of seafood and meat such as swordfish, halibut, shrimp, chicken and pork tenderloin. It would also work on roasted vegetables or potatoes.

You can also turn this rub into a marinade by combining 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons honey and 2 tablespoons of the salmon seasoning.

Did you know… sourdough freezes BEAUTIFULLY? 🥖❄️

If you’ve ever worried about finishing a loaf in time — don’t! Sourdough holds up so well in the freezer without losing flavor or texture.

✨ Here’s how to freeze it:
• Let the loaf cool completely
• Slice it (trust me — your future self will thank you 😉)
• Wrap a few slices tightly in plastic wrap and toss into a freezer bag
• Freeze up to 3 months

✨ How to use it later:
• Pop a slice straight into the toaster
• Or thaw at room temp for a few hours
• Want that fresh-baked feel again? Warm the whole loaf in the oven at 350° for 8–10 minutes

The crust crisps right back up and the inside stays soft and chewy — just like the day you baked it.

So go ahead and use up that starter! The freezer is your sourdough’s best friend.

First time making the viral dirty spaghetti, and yeah... I get the hype now. 🍝🔥Ditch that red sauce because we’re getting dirty tonight!

Ingredients:
• 1 pound spaghetti
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 pound Italian sausage (use hot if you prefer)
• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 1 cup celery, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2-4 cups beef stock
• 1 packet Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
• 2 teaspoons Creole or Cajun seasoning
• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
• 3 green onions, diced (optional)
• Salt and pepper, to taste if needed

Directions:
1️⃣Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks. Do not drain the grease.
3️⃣Sprinkle in the flour and mix until the meat is coated. Stir in the tomato paste until fully incorporated.
4️⃣Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, celery, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
5️⃣Pour in the beef stock. Then stir in the Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix and seasonings.
6️⃣ Simmer until the sauce becomes thick, rich, and gravy-like. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
7️⃣Add the cooked spaghetti directly into the skillet and toss until fully coated.
8️⃣Add in the diced scallions at the end if desired and serve hot.
