- Fine Craft Collective at Northfield Arts Guild 11am-5pm. A cooperative show featuring more than 25 talented local artisans selling their artwork. More at www.finecraftcollective.com.
- Holly Days Sale at Paradise Center for the Arts 12-5pm. Paradise Center's Lois Vranesh Boardroom Gallery and the Carlander Gallery will be decked out in boutique style and filled with the artistic wares of 20-plus regional artists.
- The Live "Trek Through Time" Christmas Special with Kosmo Esplan at KYMN Radio 12:30pm. For the last podcast installment of 2025, host Kosmo Esplan (Yuletide alias Kosmo Kringle) is capping the year off with a bang and highlighting Christmas traditions in Northfield on the afternoon of Winter Walk. Featuring a handful of merry guests, an hour-long live slot and a slightly unhinged enthusiasm for the holidays, the TTT time machine sleigh is taking listeners on a festive ride through local Christmases past and present. Light up the tree and tune into 95.1 FM, 1080 AM and www.kymnradio.net for a jolly good time.
- Holiday Party at FiftyNorth Senior Center 4-5:30pm. Enjoy an afternoon of Christmas cheer, filled with music by St. Olaf College students. Brass quintet, barbershop quartet and more will ring the bells of Christmas to prepare for this festive season. Treats will follow the performance. Free concert. Pre-registration is requested to assist with preparation of seating and refreshments.
- Winter Market at Water Street Studios 4-8pm. The market features handmade works from local artists - the perfect way to shop small for your holiday gifting needs.
- 27th Annual Winter Walk in Downtown Northfield 4:30-9pm. Event details at www.northfieldchamber.com/events/details/winter-walk. Experience downtown Northfield by candlelight. Stroll through unique shops, dine at fine restaurants, enjoy caroling, live reindeer, fireworks, storytelling, luminarias, decorated store fronts and much more.
- George Morris, WWI Veteran & My Grandfather with Todd Rost at the Rice County Historical Society 6-6:30pm. Todd Rost will present on his grandfather, George Morris, who fought in World War I and was a member of the Minnesota Guard until 1947. Free for members, $5 for nonmembers.
