POV: you just found one of Michigan’s most beautiful spring traditions 🌸✨

Tucked inside the, the W.E. Upjohn Peony Garden features nearly 800 peony plants and over 10,000 blooms at peak season, making it one of the largest historic peony collections in North America.

From dreamy pinks to deep reds and soft whites, every corner feels straight out of a fairytale. 🌷💐

Peak bloom usually happens late May through early June, so don’t miss your chance to experience the colors, fragrance, and magic in person. 🌿✨

🚗 Parking can get busy during peak bloom season, especially on weekends. Limited metered street parking is available along Washington Heights and Observatory Street, and U-M Lot M-28 is open to visitors after 5 PM on weekdays and on weekends.

🚌 Visiting during peak bloom? A free weekend shuttle runs every 15–20 minutes from the NC78 Parking Lot to the garden on select weekends in late May and early June.

Date night, but make it intentional ✨💕

I had an amazing evening at from that first perfectly poured cocktail to lingering over every bite, this is what slowing down together looks like. 🥂

Warm lighting, real conversation, and a menu made for savoring, it’s the kind of night that turns the everyday into something worth remembering. 💛

My favorite dishes from the night were the Spinach con Queso, and the Nashville hot chicken, but everything was delicious overall. 🍔

This is the perfect place for a date night, Mother’s Day, or any special occasion that deserves a little extra intention.

Because the best moments aren’t rushed, they’re felt.

I visited the Livonia location, but they have the option to visit their Troy and West Bloomfield locations too.

Girls night out! 🥂💕

The ambiance was giving Miami 🌴🌺 and is such a great place to dine in when the sun is shining. The pics we got are 🔥🔥🔥

The food was just as amazing, the dishes were served tapas style for sharing. The drinks are a must too.
