I have many people reaching out to me regarding the sudden impact and loss of a well respected Paranormal Investigator that recently died while on tour with the alleged possessed doll Annabelle. I did not know him personally. I have spoken to him briefly in the past, that was many years ago. Dan Rivera was a great influence among so many in the paranormal community. Everyone in the field is just shocked! Dan was well liked by many. My condolences go out to his family and close friends. I see people posting all over social media. I thought I would add something since a lot of people contacted me about this.

There’s no place for debate, theory or personal belief here. Despite having high regard and belief of many spiritual theories, at the end of the day Paranormal Investigators are still human. We all should respect the living not just the dead.

Yesterday I took advantage while working was extremely slow. I did a video ITC experiment at the mansion. I got an image of a woman and it closely resembles Amy Phipps Guest. I got the name Amy through the Spirit Box app I was using. I also asked what was the nicknames the mansion had. It had two names under two different owners. Through the Spirit Box app I captured White Eagle and Templeton. Leave feedback. Does it resemble Amy?

So we watched a documentary today called The Devil on Trial on Netflix. Based on the infamous demonic possession case in Brookfield Connecticut.

People would always ask me about what I personally thought of the Warrens? My answer was always, I never met them except for their nephew John Zaffis, I was always was on the fence. Many have the opinion they were charlitans. I’m not saying they are charlitans. After watching this film it solidified my view of them that they most certainly “cashed” in and made a s**t load of money off their visitations to notable haunted locations. It’s extremely coincidental that they land big book deals after their own investigation into these known cases. I don’t want to spoil anything if you haven’t seen this documentary yet. Let’s just say your opinion of the Warrens might also change like mine did!

What makes Kingsland Manor haunted? Haas Paranormal has been documenting Paranormal Evidence at Kingsland Manor for many years! Many Paranormal Investigators have reported their clothes being tugged on in the children’s room on the 2nd floor. We have documented ghostly sounds of footsteps on the 2nd floor when we were on the first floor with nobody else in the building. Multiple reports of disembodied voices in the Speakeasy. The apparition of Joseph Kingsland the 3rd has been captured on photo by the staircase going into the basement. There has been multiple documented deaths on the property such as a 10 year old boy drowning in the stream behind the manor. Recently a man was stabbed to death and his body was discovered right behind the manor.

The other stories include the man who ran the Speakeasy during prohibition Bus McGinnity shot and killed himself with a 45 pistol. His body was found at the time by a barn across the street where a secret tunnel was used to smuggle liquor.

Unfortunately I believe I debunked the photo! I’ve been monitoring, logging and collecting comparison photos of the video camera! That’s what makes a good Paranormal Investigator. Even though it’s disappointing. That’s why we should be careful when wording a potential piece of evidence. If you notice I state purely we never claim it to be anything Paranormal. We just don’t know what it is. Because if we debunk it later on, we look foolish. I rather be respected for being thorough and and doing what a Paranormal Investigator should be doing.

What was it??? It’s the sun light bouncing through the display case which is made of metal and glass. Then it’s redirecting the light onto that spot on the floor. It may not be exactly the same but this comparison I screenshot this morning is pretty close. When in doubt we throw it out! I still thank everyone for their input! It doesn’t stop us from continuing our research at Kingsland Manor.
