Here's another important conservation easement video we worked on with Travis Brown at Brown & Company Realty, this time featuring Jason and Cindy Pearce with Indian Prairie Canal Cattle.

With almost 8 generations on the same piece of land, preserving the history, heritage, and way of life of Old Florida is something that means everything to families like theirs. Keeping the land as it once was can be a challenge in today’s world, which is why conservation easements are so important.

These easements help protect working ranches, open spaces, wildlife, and the traditions that make Florida special, ensuring future generations can experience the same Old Florida we know and love today.

Honored to help tell stories like this and shine a light on the families working hard to preserve Florida’s ranching legacy.

Working with Travis Brown (Brown & Company Realty) and the McDonald family at Cetam Ranch really showed how important conservation easements are to preserving the true spirit of Old Florida. These ranches and wide open lands are more than just property they protect wildlife, agriculture, family heritage, and a way of life that has existed for generations. Without conservation easements, so much of the Florida people grew up knowing could disappear over time. Hearing the McDonald family talk about raising their children on the ranch and teaching them to respect and care for the land made this project meaningful. It was a reminder that preserving Old Florida starts with protecting the land that keeps its history and traditions alive.

Had an amazing time working with Okeechobee Health & Safety Expo and creating a montage video that captured such a great day! It was awesome seeing so many vendors come together and connect with the community. Events like this truly make a positive impact on Okeechobee and show how strong our community is when we come together.
