Behind the scenes from partnering with Fond du Lac County Crisis Intervention on a county-wide video campaign that launched this week. 🎬

We focused on interviewing real community members with lived experience to uplift others and remind people that help is there if you need it. Hearing how a simple phone call to Crisis in a tough moment can change everything… that might be what inspires the next person going through it to reach out too. 📞

So thankful for each person who courageously shared their story with us. ❤️

Our team captured the We Heart You: Recovery in Our Community event yesterday, and it was incredibly inspiring.

The event kicked off with recap videos our team created from previous years. The room was filled with more than 500 people sharing messages of hope, change, and connection. It was a powerful reminder that I get to do this work and that sharing our stories matters.

I started Mirrorless after finding recovery and turning my life around, and over the past decade our small business has grown to create all kinds of story-driven work, including many mission-driven videos for nonprofits and government agencies across the state focused on substance use prevention and mental health.

I ran into so many clients, friends, and past collaborators, and it was a great reminder that sometimes it’s the small things we do, the conversations we have, and the stories we share that end up making the biggest difference. That’s why I’m so proud to tell stories for a living. ❤️

This year we celebrated 10 years in business. It hit us so many times throughout the year how special that really is. Just want to say THANK YOU for supporting us and for an incredible year behind the camera. ❤️

Our small but mighty team loves telling stories, and we continue to have clients that keep showing up for us. Thank you for the work and keeping our passion and purpose alive.

We’re still arriving on set with just as much energy and passion when we started this. 🎬

This year taught me that following up with clients is serving, and I needed that reminder.

I just shared a year-end reflection on YouTube where I talk honestly about what it looked like running Mirrorless this year. The challenges, the lessons learned, and the mindset shifts that helped refocus how we show up for the people we work with.

Grateful for another year of telling stories and partnering with clients who trust us to help bring their message to life.
