we regret to inform you about Tri Harder, a one-night program of films rejected by festivals.

every year, tens of thousands of films fail the festival circuit. most for good reason. but because of favoritism and lazy programming, excellent stories fall through the cracks. I have journeyed to save these films from the hole they go to die in.

We regret to inform you about Tri Harder, a one-night program of films rejected by festivals.

Every year, tens of thousands of films fail the festival circuit. Most for good reason. But because of favoritism and lazy programming, excellent stories fall through the cracks. I have journeyed to save these films from the hole they go to die in.

now accepting submissions for Tri Harder Film Festival.

the festival system is made up of a lot of hard working people. but the landscape has changed, and they often copy eachother’s notes. you can’t get into a festival unless you’ve already gotten into a festival. for us poors, we are our own distribution team. we throw submission money at the wall until the money runs out. life world was v nice and made it possible for me to waive that fee.

planning some fun stuff and programming based on merit. no nepo stuff. except for including a film I co-directed maybe.

A one-night only early screening of “DARKROOM” on location at McGreevy ProLab and ProPress. Co-directed by Paul McGreevy and Meag Cherry. Starring Sean Kane, Laurel Amanda and Stefan Leach.

Photographer and social recluse Louis and his cool-girl co-worker Elle make unlikely friends at their New York photo lab. But when Elle clocks out for a date, Louis has to confront his priorities when he gets stuck overnight in the darkroom door.

Presented in conjunction with “Framing Hollywood: A Picture of Cinema”- a photo exhibit by renowned TV and film set photographer Phil Caruso.
